Terms of Service

These terms are a public offer. By creating an account or buying credits you accept them.

What we do

bavvideo makes personal greetings: a song written from what you tell us about a person, and a video built from your photos. Lyrics, music and footage are generated by AI models from your input. Every result is new — this is creative generation, not assembly from ready-made blanks.

Credits and prices

Credits are the internal unit of payment; one credit equals one US dollar. The price of each job is shown in the interface before you pay and may change over time; changes do not affect credits you already bought.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which also issues the receipt and handles sales tax. Credits are not electronic money, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.

The first song is free for a new user, once the email address is confirmed.

Refunds

If the job fails on our side — the generation broke, the service returned an error — credits are returned to your balance automatically, with no need to ask support. If that somehow did not happen, write to us.
If you simply did not like the result — that is not a defect: AI generation is subjective and no one can guarantee in advance that a song or a video will land. Still, we are willing to look into it: write to hello@bavvideo.com and tell us what is wrong. Where it is reasonable, we re-generate the work or return the credits.
Unused credits are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been spent.

Your material, your responsibility

By uploading photos and telling us about a person you confirm that you are entitled to do so: the photos are yours or you have permission, and the person the gift is for does not object to their images being used this way.

You must not upload: other people’s material without permission, violent imagery, pornography, any sexualised material involving children, or anything unlawful. Such orders are stopped and the account is blocked without a refund.

Rights to the result

The finished song and video are yours: show them, give them, publish them, use them as you wish, including commercially, within the limits allowed by the terms of the generating services. We may show anonymised examples of work in our showcase — but only with your separate consent, which we ask for explicitly.

Timing and availability

A job is usually ready within minutes. That is not a guaranteed deadline: it depends on the queue and on the suppliers whose models we use. We do not promise uninterrupted service and may take it down for updates.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the particular job. We are not liable for lost profit, for a celebration that did not go as planned, or for a generated result that differed from what you imagined.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by writing to us. We may close access if these terms are broken — and we will say why.

Disputes

The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies. Before going to court, write to hello@bavvideo.com: almost everything is settled by email.

Changes

These terms may change; the current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. If a change is material we will say so by email.
